Truck Parking Initiative in VaughanOntario Ministry of Transportation

Project Details

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has initiated a Group B Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for the proposed development of three truck parking facility locations in the City of Vaughan.

Building on work completed through an earlier study, the project will identify environmental considerations, assess potential environmental effects, develop mitigation measures, and document its findings in a Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR).

The study includes three proposed truck parking facility locations in the City of Vaughan.

Site #1

West side of Highway 427, south of Highway 407, Vaughan

Site #2

West of Dufferin Street, between Highway 407 and Highway 7, Vaughan

Site #3

East of Dufferin Street, between Highway 407 and Highway 7, Vaughan
